DIY – Gift Wrapping Idea

I know, I know, it’s only just November by a few days, but I just couldn’t help myself.  I love this idea from Allora Handmade.  Plus, I am bound and determined to do at least one DIY craft this holiday.  This may be all I have time for, so what better than a font based recycled craft project for me!

A few things that make this one to consider:

  • Reuse old newspaper or any other appropriate craft paper you have around. Eco-friendly – check.
  • Bakers twine for crafts.  I love this look and have always wanted a reason to use some.
  • Typeset gift tags.  Stamp them them with the kids.  Easy and personal.

Gift wrapping completed.  Easy and oh so pretty!

Have a great day today and remember…

Live Well

Hell yes! Can’t go wrong with newspaper, doing it for years. For even less waste, write a message or draw a little picture right on the paper instead of using tags.
