I wouldn’t normally post something like this for today, or really any day, but I am sitting here beside a stunning pool in Las Vegas and wanted to share the view.
Why am I here and not at home you ask? To be honest, I didn’t want to come this weekend, but it is for Mark and his business so I was sort of obligated to attend. And, boy am I glad I did!! What a fun place to write. With the help of family and some serious planning, I am able to do this for two days.
So, I will soak up some sun and relax for another 24 hours before we hop back on a plane and head home. Before you know it this will all be a distant memory, but for now I am here, recharging.
I hope, even if you aren’t hanging out by a poolside, you still have a wonderful weekend and I will see you back here next week.

I am glad I did too! Even though it was a VERY fast trip, it was a nice break and fun too!
Love tagging along on the business trip – used to do a LOT of that back in the day. Hence the many trips to NYC. Not so much nowadays as we don’t have any family to help out with the girl but I’m happy to bring her along too!
There’s great hiking near Vegas too if you are ever back that way.
